trueAct ist ein modernes Multichannel-Ticketing-System für besseres Kunden- und Customer Care Management.

Die innovative Software entsprach in Sachen User Experience nicht mehr den gehobenen Ansprüchen des Marktes. In einem ersten Schritt entwickelten wir deshalb gemeinsam mit dem Kunden ein neues, digital gesteuertes Markenkonzept. Darauf aufbauend haben wir dann für die neue Software-Version 8 ein neues GUI-Design entwickelt. Für die Online-Kommunikation schliesslich wurde eine eigene Produkt-Microsite mit dazu passendem Explainer-Video sowie verschiedenen Online-Marketing Touchpoints realisiert.

Highlights

Digital Branding

In a first step, we had to develop an own brand for the software trueAct under the umbrella brand of the company PIDAS. The focus was on the functional synergy between the user experience within the software, the product brand and the company branding.

GUI redesign

A software's interface is just another touch point of a brand experience and therefore of importance. As a result we designed the GUI to meet the highest requirements of usability and user experience so that the software delivers a coherent positive brand experience.

Digital Brand Communications

For the launch of new software release 8 of trueAct a product microsite with explainer video was developed. The website should explain the value and features of the software to potential users through video and also act as a content hub for the online marketing.

For the catchy explainer video we developed a storyboard along different use cases. A specialized partner of ours took care of the realization. Around the website various online and offline marketing platforms have been developed to create a holistic brand experience and generate leads in sales.

Product microsite

The microsite for the new release of trueAct with two languages and an explainer video was developed in just 6 weeks from the first idea to the final product. The visual concept was created with a storytelling approach and one page layout. Responsive Design was also defined within the project scope.

Event marketing

To launch the product internally, an international release party took place. Along the campaign's motto «More Speed for Your Customer Service», the event took place on a race course – and therefore created the perfect brand and user experience.
