We use personal data only with your express consent, based on your actions and behaviour, or if there are legal requirements in this regard. We only collect your personal data if you give it to us on your own. For this purpose, we ask you, if necessary, for your name, address, email address and telephone number. We may collect personally identifiable data about you from third parties (e.g., Google), affiliates, public sources, and social networking sites. For statistical purposes, non-personal usage data, such as browser type / version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name / IP address, time of server request are saved when creating standard log files. However, no conclusions about persons are possible from this data.
Why do we collect and store personal data? We only collect and store your personal data as far as it is necessary for the performance of a service:
To send you news about our offers.
To maintain a business relationship with you.
Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it when visiting our website.
Use of data and sharing of data
We may share your personal data with our direct and/or indirect affiliates and companies located within and outside the European Economic Area. Non-personally identifiable data may be shared with third parties for certain purposes, such as for statistical purposes or to comply with legal obligations.

For example, we may use third-party providers to send e-mails, host the website, operate the various features available on the site, and analyse data.
We only transfer the amount of personal data that is required for the service providers we use to provide the commissioned services. When personal data is transferred to areas outside the European Economic Area, we will take steps to ensure that the transfer of your personal data is adequately protected and that the data is treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Like most websites, we use technologies that essentially store small files on your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other device (collectively “device”). These files enable us to record certain information when you use our pages, services, applications, messaging services or features.
The cookies we use have fixed expiration times. If you visit our pages or use our services within these times, the cookies will be automatically deactivated and stored data will be deleted.
The specific names and types of cookies and other similar technologies we use may change from time to time. Here is a short glossary to help you better understand these principles and how we use this technology.
Small text files, which mostly consist of letters and numbers. They are stored in the memory of your browser or device when you visit a website or open a message. Cookies allow a website to recognise a particular device or browser and help to save settings such as languages, regions, or transmitted data. There are several types of cookies:
Session cookies expire at the end of your browser session and allow us to link your actions during that particular browser session. Persistent cookies are stored between browser sessions on your device, allowing us to document your priorities or actions across multiple pages. First-party cookies are stored by the site you just visited. Third-party cookies are placed by a third party’s site, which is different from the site you are visiting.
Of course, you can also view our website without cookies. If you do not want us to recognise your computer, you can prevent the storage of cookies on your hard drive by selecting “Do not accept cookies” in your browser settings. The settings must be set separately for each browser you use, with different browsers offering different functionality and options.
Data collection through use of third-party providers
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google inc. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. They are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of their use of the website. For example, information about the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the website you have previously accessed (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website are collected. The information generated by this text file about the use of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage.
If this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google, Google will also pass on this information to these third parties. This usage is anonymised or pseudonymised.
If you would like to switch off Google Analytics tracking, install the corresponding plug-in for this. It is available for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera.
More information can be found directly on Google.
Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie
Users can opt out of using the DART cookie by accessing the privacy policies of Google’s ad network and content network. No immediate personal data of the user is stored, only the internet protocol address.

You can register for our newsletter on our website. Before we periodically send you the newsletter, you must confirm this with an email after registration.
