Digital Branding Experience
The Kantonsspital Baden (KSB) is on the way to new horizons. The newly opened day clinic KSB Kubus will be the first milestone on the way to a hospital of the future. Together with the partner house which is in the works and the highlight of the planned reopening of the main building in 2022, the cantonal hospital of Baden sets new standards in the Swiss health care system.
With the «KSB Horizonte» brand website, this move towards new horizons should also be able to be experienced digitally. The focus of the platform, deliberately detached from the corporate website, was on storytelling with emotional images and an outstanding front-end experience.

The aim of the new brand platform was to tell stories and to give the brand "KSB" a face. To meet this demand, new content had to be developed together with partners.
Various benchmark analyses were carried out during the design phase of the project. The different approaches of interactive storytelling were then made visible with visual storyboards and wireframes.
The user experience of the website was also completely redesigned according to the target group. Clean, reduced navigation and a perfect layout ensured the consistency of the platform across every device.
Animations & Prototyping
During the project, animated prototypes helped on the one hand to visualise the different expectations of the end result at an early stage and to make it interactive. On the other hand, the animated designs demonstrated the possibilities and limits of front-end engineering.
With a growing number of users accessing the corporate website via mobile devices the importance of responsive design was in the center of attention from the beginning. However, it was important to improve the mobile user experience even further.
