Our visions and further developments of the digital brand experience were based on facts that were elaborated through continuous analyses (i.e. of web statistics), market research and benchmarking.
Digital Brand Communications
To guarantee a coherent online brand experience in the growing digital system architecture, the digital branding was developed simultaneously. For every newly opened channel, the brand had to be presented according to the media but also in a way that it wouldn't lose any recognition value. An agile and iterative workflow was needed to apply this for the different subjects like Digital Employer Branding, Online Marketing and Social Media.
Actions according to Claraspital's marketing plan had to be applied online as well and therefore were adapted, enhanced and rearranged. Within this context, SEO measures were administered, AdWords campaigns and a concept for email marketing were launched.
Because of the growing number of mobile users, mobile accessibility became an important subject. In late 2014 the corporate website became completely responsive and usable for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
The continuos growth of Claraspital's digital ecosystem asked for enhancement regarding the target group oriented communication on the corporate website. As a consequence we planned a content refactoring according to a sustainable content strategy. The project was launched with a content audit and of course a lot of analytical work. Based on the analysis' outcome, the content strategy was developed. From there, the content refactoring was planned iteratively within different releases.
